Engineering Design Services For The Construction Of Civil Engineering Works – Preparation Of Design Documentation For The Task Titled: Construction Of A Relief Canal In Sudole Dominikanski (Colloquial: Entertainment). 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Complete Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Task Titled: Construction Of A Relief Canal In Sudole Dominikanski (Polish: Rozrywka), Taking Into Account All The Accompanying Facilities Dependent On The Adopted Solution, Necessary For The Proper Functioning Of The Canal And Solutions To The Interconnections With The Above-Ground And Underground Infrastructure That Conflict With The Adopted Solution, Along With Obtaining All Necessary Permits And Administrative Decisions, Including The Decision To Authorize The Implementation Of The Investment In The Field Of Flood Protection Structures. The Implementation Of The Order Includes: A) Pre-Design Works B) Design Works C) Services Accompanying Design Works D) Appraisal Reports For The Valuation Of Land Properties, Plant Components And Construction 2. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide Substantive Support Services To The Ordering Party For The Duration Of The Guarantee And Warranty At A Later Stage Of Implementation Of The Investment Project For Which It Has Prepared Design Documentation. The Detailed Scope Of Work Carried Out As Part Of Project Support Is Included In Annex No. 3 To The Swz, I.E. Draft Provisions Of The Agreement. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Method Of Execution Of The Order And The Contractors Obligations Are Specified In The Following Documents: - Annex No. 3 To The Swz, I.E. The Draft Provisions Of The Contract With Attachments - Annex No. 4 To The Swz, I.E. Description Of The Subject Of The Order With Attachments To The Opz 4. The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Work In Accordance With The Scope And Requirements Indicated In Annex No. 4 To The Swz, I.E. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Annexes To Opz, Based On The Applicable Regulations And Standards In This Regard, The Current Level Of Technical Knowledge And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract - Annex No. 3 To The Swz, As Well As With Due Diligence, Taking Into Account The Principle Of Economical And Rational Expenditure Of Financial Resources For The Implementation Of The Investment In Question While Obtaining The Best Possible Quality Standards, Using Design Solutions In Accordance With The Principles Of Sustainable Development And Taking Into Account Rational Management Of Resources According To The Following Categories: Selection Of Materials, Functional Solutions, Land Development (Land Development With Respect For The Natural Environment). 5. The Ordering Party Requires A Minimum Warranty And Guarantee Period For The Entire Subject Of The Order - At Least 3 Years (I.E. 36 Months). The Maximum Warranty And Guarantee Period Is 5 Years (I.E. 60 Months) * Condition With Additional Points. The Warranty Period For The Subject Of The Order Starts From The Date Of Completion Of The Last Stage, Confirmed By The Final Acceptance Protocol. 6. Completion Deadline: 28 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. The Order Will Be Fulfilled In Stages. Details Are Included In Point 6 Specifications.
