Mortar (Construction) – Delivery Of Fast-Setting Dry Mortar Within The Scope Of Dbr. The Subject Of The Procedure Is The Establishment Of A Dynamic Procurement System (Dbr) For The Supply Of Soriplan Rapid Or An Equivalent Fast-Setting Dry Mortar To The Contracting Authority Fővárosi Csatornázási Művek Zrt., In Accordance With All The Regulations And Conditions Contained In The Public Procurement Documents Provided In Section 2 Of The Dbr. The Estimated (Planned) Quantity Of Procurement During The Entire Duration Of The Dbr Is 135,000 Kg (Basic Quantity). The Tenderer Establishes The Dbr For A Period Of 36 Months, And Plans To Enter Into Contracts For One-Year Periods During The Bidding Stage Of The Dbr. In Order To Establish The Proportionality Of The System Of Suitability Requirements, The Contracting Authority Informs That In Order To Determine The Suitability, It Uses The 1-Year Base Quantity Of The Contracts To Be Awarded In The Dbr, I.E. 45,000 Kg. The Expected Frequency And Occasional Quantity Of Deliveries Has Been Determined As An Informational Request Request, It May Differ During Performance. The Technical Conditions Are Contained In The Technical Description. Tenderer 321/2015. (X.30.) On The Basis Of Section 46 (3) Of The Government Decree, It Is Established That In The Invitation To Participate And In The Public Procurement Documents, The Reference To A Thing Of A Specific Make Or Origin, Or To A Specific Process, Or To A Trademark, Patent, Activity, Person, Type, Or Given Origin Or Production Process, Is Made Only For The Purpose Of Clearly Defining The Nature Of The Object, And The Term Or Equivalent Must Also Be Understood Under Such A Designation. Proof Of Equivalence Is The Responsibility Of The Tenderer. Tenderer In The 2Nd Part Of The Dbr, Kbt. Pursuant To § 107, Paragraph (2), The Precise Technical Description And Draft Contract For The Specific Public Procurements To Be Implemented In The Dbr Shall Be Made Available To Economic Operators Admitted To The Dbr At The Same Time As The Invitation To Tender Is Sent. The Tenderers Expectations During Performance Are Contained In The Public Procurement Technical Description.
