Catering Services And Related Services For The Little Magicians Nursery And Surrounding School Structures, For A Maximum Estimated Number Of 1,040 Beneficiaries, Pre-School Children. Catering Services Also Include Related Services, Which Refer To: Food Supply For Food Preparation; The Preparation And Delivery Of Food That Returns Per Working Day For A Beneficiary; Presentation Of Dishes; Making Available To The Beneficiaries, If Necessary, The Containers/Equipment That Maintain The Food At Optimal Temperatures And Conditions, According To The Legal Provisions; Making Service/Handling Staff Available To Beneficiaries And Advising On Menu Design And, If Necessary, Beverage Selection. The Food Is Delivered To The Buyers 8 Locations, Located Within Sector 4 Of The Municipality Of Bucharest. All Information Can Be Found In The Specifications Drawn Up By The Contracting Authority, Published Together With The Purchase Documents (Purchase Data Sheet, Sample Forms, Proposal Regarding The Contractual Clauses) At Https://Www.Cresamiciimagicieni.Ro/Transparenta/. The Contracting Authority Will Complete The Procedure By Concluding A Framework Agreement With A Duration Of 01.01.2026-15.01.2027 (220 Working Days). The Framework Agreement Will Be Concluded With A Single Economic Operator. Estimates Of The Minimum And Maximum Quantities That Could Be Requested During The Entire Framework Agreement, As Well As The Minimum And Maximum Quantities That Could Be The Subject Of A Single Subsequent Contract Among Those To Be Awarded During The Framework Agreement, Are Provided In The Specifications. The Frequency Of Awarding Subsequent Contracts: Monthly/Quarterly, Subject To The Existence Of The Financial Resources Allocated For This Purpose.
