1. The Subject Of The Order Is Comprehensive Geodetic And Cartographic Services For The Task Entitled: Expansion Of Architektów Street (Municipal Road No. 130513 S) In Gliwice - Stage 1 And 2. In Terms Of The Development Of Design Documentation, The Entire Investment Task Was Divided Into 2 Stages: Stage 1 - From Km 1+209.57 To Km 2+387.36 - Eastern Part Covering The Section From The Area Of The Architektów - Ciesielska Intersection To The Architektów - Daszyńskiego Intersection (Intersection From The Center Of Gliwice), Stage 2 - From Km 0+000 To Km 1+209.57 - Part Western Covering The Section From The Architektów - Daszyńskiego Intersection (Crossing From The City Border) To The Architectów - Ciesielska Intersection Area, For Which The Mayor Of Gliwice Issued The Following Decisions: Zrid-2/2019 Of October 23, 2019 For Stage 1 And Zrid-1/2021 Of January 8, 2021 For Stage 2 Of The Investment. Design Documentation Presenting The Scope Of Construction Works Is Attached As Annex No. 1 To Opz.2. The Contractors Responsibilities As Part Of The Geodetic And Cartographic Services Include: 1) Marking Out The Building In The Field, In Accordance With The Construction Design, Including The Main Axes, Characteristic Points And Height Benchmarks. 2) Post-Construction Geodetic Measurements Of The Building And The Land Infrastructure Network, Including Preparing An As-Built Inventory And An Inventory Map. 3) Preparing Documentation For Reporting The Facility For Use And Introducing Changes To The Land And Land Register Buildings.4) Ongoing Control Measurements During Construction Works.5) Monthly Photogrammetric Raids Carried Out By Authorized Persons, Using Drones. As Part Of The Raids, The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With An Orthophotomap And A Terrain Model (Dtm/Dmr) To Monitor The Progress Of Work.6) Preparation Of Geodetic Documentation In Accordance With Applicable Law, Including The Geodetic And Cartographic Law.
