Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of A Multifunctional Reactor For The Implementation Of The Project Integrated Complex Drugs In The Treatment Of Depression: New Quality Of Treatment And Research On Mechanisms Of Action

1. The Subject Of The Order Is: 1) Purchase Of A Multifunctional Reactor For Conducting Parallel Processes With A Dosing Pump For Automatic Distribution Of Reagents Necessary For The Implementation Of The Project Integrated Complex Drugs In The Treatment Of Depression: New Quality Of Treatment And Research On Mechanisms Of Action Implemented At The Institute Of General And Ecological Chemistry, Faculty Of Chemistry, Lodz University Of Technology. A Detailed Description Of The Equipment Parameters Is Included In The Technical Specification, Annex No. 2 To The Swz. 2) Delivery (Including In Particular Loading, Transport, Bringing In And Unloading) To The Room - Coordination Chemistry Laboratory, Located On The Ground Floor Of The A34 Alchemium Building In Łódź At 114 Żeromskiego Street, 3) Installation And Commissioning Of The Equipment In The Coordination Chemistry Laboratory Room On The Day Of Delivery Or On The Next Business Day After Delivery, 4) Conducting Free Training In The Proper Operation Of The Equipment And Its Software, Operation And Maintenance. The Training Will Take Place Immediately After Installation And Commissioning Of The Equipment. The Training Will Take Place Stationary At The Ordering Partys Headquarters For 1 Day (8 Hours), 5) Providing A Quality Guarantee For Small Equipment For A Period Of At Least 12 Months From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol By Both Parties. Detailed Conditions Regarding The Implementation Of The Guarantee Are Specified In § 6 Of The Draft Agreement, Annex No. 4 To The Swz. 6) Performance Of Warranty Service During The Warranty Period, Including The Provision Of Technical Assistance.2. The Equipment Should Have The Parameters Specified In The Technical Specification - Annex 2 To Swz.3. The Equipment Should Be Brand New, Complete, Free From Any Physical And Legal Defects And Damage, And Without Previous Use. It Cannot Be Used As An Exhibition, Post-Exhibition, Test Or Demonstration Item. It Cannot Be A Prototype. It Cannot Be Subject To The Rights Of Third Parties.4. The Equipment Should Meet All Standards Imposed On Such Equipment By Applicable Law And Have Appropriate Permits, Approvals Or Certificates Regarding Safety And Admission To Marketing In The Eu, If Required By Applicable Legal Provisions, And Have Appropriate Marking. 5. The Equipment Should Be Equipped With All Necessary Elements (Connections, Cables, Etc.) Necessary For Installation And Commissioning Without The Need For The Ordering Party To Purchase Additional Elements, And Should Operate Efficiently And Achieve The Declared Parameters. 6. Detailed Conditions And Rules For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz.
