Lunches Must Be Packed In Packaging Ensuring Heat Retention And Safe Transport. Expected Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Based On The Ordering Partys Analysis: 160 People A Day Will Receive Lunch 5 Days A Week (Working Days) Number Of Dinners Served May Differ From The Plan Due To The Needs Of Ops Customers. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Following Scope Of Services: A) Preparation Of A Hot Meal (Temperature Min. 85 Degrees Celsius) Consisting Of Two Courses - Soup And A Second Course, Compote B) Serving Lunch To Mops Residents At The Contractors Premises On The Contractors Plates And Cutlery Or For Takeaway - In Packed Disposable Biodegradable Containers With Cutlery Made Of Biodegradable Materials, Ensuring Safe Transport To The Place Of Residence, With Provided That The Persons Indicated By The Ordering Party Should Always Receive A Hot Meal, Which They Will Eat On Site At The Contractors Premises. During The Period In Which Restrictions Related To The State Of The Pandemic Or The Sanitary Regime Are In Force In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland Or In The Region Covering The Brzeg Commune, Which Make It Impossible To Eat A Meal In The Contractors Premises, These Persons Will Eat Meals In Packed Disposable Biodegradable Containers Together With Cutlery Made Of Biodegradable Materials, C) Issue To The Contractor Providing Care Services To Mops Residents, Takeaway Lunches Intended For Disabled And Elderly People - Using The Centers Assistance, In Packed Disposable Biodegradable Containers With Cutlery Made Of Biodegradable Materials, Ensuring Safe Transport To The Place Of Residence; E) Settlement Of The Lunches Served Will Be Based On The Number Of Lunches Actually Delivered And Their Unit Price; F) Submitting A Weekly Menu Plan To The Ordering Party, Taking Into Account The Principles Specified In Point 8 Rules Of Nutrition And Composition
