Scope Of The Subject Of The Order: Development Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation And Execution Of Construction Works Related To The Protection Of Biological Diversity In The Park In Ujeździec, Including: • Design Works: 1. Obtaining All Necessary Documents, Arrangements And Decisions Required By Law, Execution, Measurements, Inventories And Tests Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of Related Design Work, Including At Least:• Preparation Of A Map For Design Purposes;• Obtaining Technical Conditions For Connecting The Power Grid;• Obtaining A Decision On A Permit To Cut Down Trees;• Obtaining A Building Permit Or Submitting An Appropriate Notification;• Obtaining A Positive Decision Of The Provincial Conservator Of Monuments Approving The Project Construction.2. Carrying Out All Necessary Technical Expertise Of The Facility - If Any, Including At Least: • Ornithological And Chiropterological Expertise - Depending On The Necessity And The Date Within Which The Work Will Be Carried Out,3. Execution Of The Construction Design (Land Development Design, Architectural And Construction Design, Technical Design);4. Preparation Of A Multi-Discipline Detailed Design And Any Additional Studies Required For The Proper Execution Of The Task, Including At Least:• Land Development Design;• Road Design (Paths),• Planting Design,• Design Of Equipment Elements (Benches, Gazebos, Etc.),• Design Of The Renovation Of A Fence Wall,• Design Of An Electrical Installation (Lighting),• Design Of An Electrical And Energy Connection,• Design Of A Cctv Installation.• It Is Allowed To Combine Design Elements In One Study, Which Are Not Subject To The Obligation Of Approval By The Architectural And Construction Administration Body (I.E. Technical Design And Detailed Design), In Which Case The Elements Of The Documentation Must Meet The Requirements Of The Regulations For Both The Technical Design And The Detailed Design;• Preparation Of Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works;• Preparation Of Cost Estimates And Bills Of Quantities;• Preparation Of A Work Schedule;• Preparation Of Information Regarding Health And Safety (Bioz);• Obtaining Any Additional Consents, Permits, Technical Conditions, Other Materials - If During The Preparation Of Documentation Or Implementation Of The Investment It Becomes Necessary To Take Over And Hand Over The Works;• Preparation Of A Material And Financial Schedule For Construction Works, Prepared In Gross Amounts Divided By Months;Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Should Be Prepared Separately For Two Scopes Resulting From The Division Into Two Sources Of Financing: 1) Protection Of Biological Diversity In The Park In Ujeździec As Part Of Regional Program European Funds For The Opolskie Voivodeship 2021-2027 Co-Financed By The European Regional Development Fund, Including: A) Preparatory And Dismantling Works; B) Paved Surfaces; C) Equipping The Park With Development Elements; D) Assembly And Installatio
