The Subject Of The Investment Is The Construction Of A Road For Pedestrians And Bicycles In The Lubomierz Commune, Running On The Existing Embankment Of A Disused Railway Line With A Length Of 12.0051 Km. The Investment Begins At The Connection With The Existing Pedestrian And Bicycle Path At The Former Station In Pławna Górna And Ends At The Border Of The Commune Of Lubomierz (Oleszna Podgórska) With The Commune Of Gryfów Śląski (Ubocze). The Scope Of Works Includes: - Construction Of A Path For Pedestrians And Bicycles; - Construction Of A Cyclists Service Area (Mor); - Construction Of A Shelter With A Building Area Of Up To 35 M2; - Construction Of A Place For Mobile Sanitary Infrastructure; - Construction Of An Exit From The District Road No. 2525D; - Reconstruction Of The Surface Of The District Road No. 2525D; - Construction Of A Crossing On The Municipal Road No. 112581D; - Reconstruction Of The Surface Of Exits And Internal Roads; - Reconstruction Of Road Ditches And Absorbent Moguls, - Reprofiling And Cleaning Of Existing Road Ditches And Absorbent Moguls; - Strengthening Of Slopes And Bottoms Of Ditches; - Construction, Reconstruction, Liquidation Or Maintenance Of Culverts In Order To Maintain Their Functions; - Renovation, Reconstruction Or Maintenance Of Bridge Structures In Order To Maintain Their Functions; - Construction Of Road Lighting; - Protection Of The Existing Telecommunications And Power Network, - Cutting Down Trees, Trees And Bushes Colliding With The Investment; - Planting Greenery; - Construction Of Road Safety Elements; - Protection Of Rocks In The Form Of A Net, - Development, Approval, Introduction Of Temporary Traffic Organization, - Obtaining An Occupancy Permit, - Obtained Permits For The Occupation Of The Road, - Securing Possible Collisions With The Networks And, If It Is Not Possible To Protect Them, Reconstruction After Obtaining The Consent Of The Network Operator To Remove The Collision.2. The Ordering Party Is At The Stage Of Obtaining: A Building Permit, A Decision To Cut Down Trees, A Decision Approving The Target Traffic Organization Design, And A Contract For The Use Of Land Covered By Water. 3. Planting Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Planting Plan. The Ordering Party Will Indicate To The Contractor The Places For Planting In The Lubomierz Commune. 4.
