The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Implementation Of A System For Managing Library Resources In The Saas Model In A Cloud Computing Environment For The Implementation Of The Art Of Accessibility Project Co-Financed By The European Union Under Priority 3 Accessibility And Services For People With Disabilities, Measure 03.01 Accessibility Of Higher Education Of The European Funds For Social Development Program 2021-2027. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1. Delivery And Implementation Of A System For Managing Library Resources,2. Providing The Service In The Saas Model In A Cloud Computing Environment,3. Data Migration From The Aleph Library System,4. Ongoing Technical And Service Support Of The System,5. Ensuring The Continuity Of System Operation,6. Providing All Necessary Licenses For The Operation Of The Service. The Order Will Be Carried Out In Three Stages: Stage 1: Development Of A Pre-Implementation Analysis. Stage 2: Implementation Of The Library Resources Management System In The Computing Cloud, Along With Data Migration From The Aleph System. Stage 3: Technical Support, Service And Continuity Of Operation Of The Library Resources Management System In The Saas Model, Together With Storing The Ordering Partys Data On The Contractors Servers (Hosting) From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol Of The Second Stage Until December 31, 2028, Due To The Deadline For Completing The Project.
