Fr. M. Górecki16.2. The Material Scope Of The Order Includes All Works, Activities And Works Necessary To Perform The Task, Including: 1) Demolition And Dismantling Works; 2) Construction And Conservation Works; 3) Sanitary Installations And Mechanical Ventilation Works; 4) Electrical Installation Works; 5) Technological Works; 6) Delivery And Installation Of Equipment Provided By The Contractor; 7) Accompanying Works. Building Of The Special Educational And Educational Center No. 2 In Gdańsk At Ul. Fr. M. Góreckiego16 Is Located Within The Historic Urban Complex Of The Port Settlement In Nowy Port, Entered Into The Register Of Monuments Under The Old Number 846 (By Decision Of The Provincial Conservator Of Monuments In Gdańsk Of June 8, 1982). The Current Number Of The Register Of Monuments In The Pomeranian Voivodeship Is 1013. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor: - Is Obliged To Notify The Pomeranian Voivodeship Conservator Of Monuments, Hereinafter Referred To As Pkwz, About The Date Of Commencement And Completion Of Construction Works; - Is Not Obliged To Obtain A Permit To Use The Buildings Covered By The Subject Of The Order Or To Notify The Construction Supervision Authority About The Completion Of Construction. 3. Detailed Scope Of The Order And Conditions Implementation Were Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz. The Remaining Terms And Conditions Of The Contract Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz.
