The Subject Includes: Stage I. Construction Of A Bicycle Path With A Length Of 0.943 Km (0+000 - 0+943.69) Along The National Road 22 With Infrastructure Accompanying Service/Rest Areas, Sectional Lighting And Crossing Lighting. Stage Ii. Construction Of A 4 Km Long Bicycle Path (0+943.69 - 5+460.93) On The Krzeszyce-Graby Route Along The National Road 22 Along With Accompanying Infrastructure With Service/Rest Areas. Swz - Design And Technical Documentation.3. In Addition, The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Design And Approval Of Temporary Traffic Organization And Approval Of Permanent Traffic Organization. 2) Preparation Of A Detailed Inventory Of Trees, Obtaining Consent For Felling. 4. The Scope Of This Procedure Does Not Include Works Related To Bridge Structures, Without Any Structural, Renovation Or Modernization Interference In Existing Bridge Structures. The Ordering Party Informs That A Separate Procedure For Renovation Is Planned. Bridge Structures, Which May Be Initiated In The Following Year. The Implementation Of This Scope May Be Entrusted To Another Contractor Operating Simultaneously On The Investment Site. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure Full Coordination And Cooperation With The Contractor Of The Bridge Works Referred To Above, In Particular By: • Providing Access To The Construction Site, • Agreeing On The Schedule And Organization Of The Works, • Carrying Out The Works In A Manner That Does Not Violate The Safety, Continuity And Quality Of The Works Carried Out By The Other Contractor, • Compliance With The Guidelines The Ordering Party Or The Supervision Inspector In The Scope Of Coordination Of Activities. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Claim Additional Remuneration Due To The Need To Cooperate With Another Contractor And Conduct Parallel Works In The Same Area, Unless This Changes The Scope Of The Provision Covered By These Proceedings
