The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply In The Form Of Operational Leasing With The Option Of Purchasing Brand New Vehicles, I.E. 2 Tractors And A Self-Propelled Mower For The Municipal Services Center In Kołbaskowo, Corresponding To The Technical And Operational Parameters Indicated Below. The Vehicles Must Be Brand New, Complete, Equipped With All Operating Fluids, Free From Physical (Design, Material, Workmanship), Technical And Legal Defects. Commencement Of Performance Of The Subject Of The Order - From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. Delivery Of The Vehicles Within 20 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract With The Contractor. Completion Of The Leasing Service - Within 36 Months From The Date Of Handing Over The Leased Item Based On The Final Acceptance Protocol.
