Determination Of The Subject And Scope Of The Order: 3.1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Running Selective Municipal Waste Collection Points (Pszok) In The City And The Spa Commune Of Muszyna. 3.2 Scope Of Services: 1) Running Two Stationary Points For Selective Collection Of Municipal Waste In The City And The Spa Commune Of Muszyna, Including At Least One In The City Of Muszyna, 2) Accepting From The Inhabitants Of The City And The Commune Uzdrowiskowa Muszyna In The Points Referred To In Point 1 Of Municipal Waste Specified In The Table Below, Its Transport And Management By Transferring It To An Entity Authorized To Manage It Or In Another Way In Accordance With The Currently Applicable Law, In Accordance With The Conditions Specified In This Swz: The Contractor Shall Bear The Costs Of Management Of The Waste Specified In The Table Indicated In The Swz; 3) Keeping Records Of The Quantity And Type Of Waste Transferred To Authorized Entities; 4) Mandatory Documentation, Including Reporting; 5) Constant Contact With The Ordering Party, Including Mutual Exchange Of Correspondence And Responding Within The Deadline Set By The Ordering Party To Inquiries Sent By The Ordering Party Regarding The Service Covered By This Order; 6) Performing Other Works And Activities Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Order; 7) Accepting Municipal Waste From Residents Of The Spa Town And Commune The Regulation On Selective Municipal Waste Collection Points Will Be In Force From January 1, 2026;8) Points For The Selective Collection Of Municipal Waste Must Be Established By The Contractor At Least 7 Days Before January 1, 2026;9) Failure To Establish At Least Two Stationary Pszoks Within The Deadline Referred To In Point 8 Will Result In Termination, Termination Or Withdrawal From The Contract By The Ordering Party And The Charging Of Penalties. Contractual Provisions Provided For In The Event Of Withdrawal From The Contract By The Ordering Party For Reasons Attributable To The Contractor;10) From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Verify The Progress Of Work Related To The Launch Of Pszok;11) All Costs Related To The Preparation For The Operation Of Pszoks Should Be Included By The Contractor In The Price Calculation.
