1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of An Unmarked 7-Seater Van Type Vehicle. 2. The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Common Procurement Vocabulary Cpv 34114200-1 Police Cars.3. The Vehicle Must Be Brand New, Manufactured In 2025, Free From Technical And Legal Defects. 4. An M1 Category Vehicle Is Required, With A Closed Body, Adapted To Transport 7 People (6 + Driver).5. A Vehicle With Approval Issued In Accordance With The Act On Approval Systems For Vehicles And Their Equipment And The Road Traffic Law.6. Meeting The Technical Requirements Specified By The Regulations In Force In Poland For Vehicles Traveling On Public Roads, Including Technical Conditions Resulting From The Act Of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251, As Amended) And The Implementing Regulations To This Act.7. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Technical Specification.8. The Contractor Will Provide Service At An Authorized Vehicle Service Station In The City Of Łódź.9. The Car Will Be Delivered To The Seat Of The Department Of Transport In Łódź, Ul. Stokowska 21/25 By The Date Indicated In Annex 1 - Offer Form, But No Later Than December 30, 2025, Due To The Need To Settle Financial Resources In The Current Financial Year. 10. The Contractors Price Will Include All Costs Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, Including Costs Related To Zero Inspection, Transport And Delivery.11. At The Stage Of Submitting Offers, The Ordering Party Requires An Extract From The Ec Certificate Of Conformity For The Offered Vehicle.12. The Ordering Party Requires The Presentation Of Folders And Official Catalogs Of The Vehicle Manufacturer/Importer Prepared In Polish. These Documents Must Confirm Compliance With The Requirements Specified In Point 1.4 Of The Technical Specification For The Vehicle. These Data Should Be Highlighted In A Transparent And Legible Manner For The Ordering Party. 13. In The Absence Of The Required Data In Official Catalogs Or Configurators, The Ordering Party Accepts The Vehicle Manufacturers Or The Contractors Own Declaration.14. For The Delivered Vehicle, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide A Minimum Warranty Without Mileage Limit, Amounting To: 1) 36 Months For The Mechanical, Electrical And Electronic Components Of The Vehicle, 2) 36 Months For The Paint Coating, 3) 36 Months For Perforation Of Body Elements, 15. Detailed Conditions For The Implementation Of The Contract Are Specified In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz. 16. The Contractor May Entrust The Execution Of The Order To Subcontractors. In The Event Of Entrusting The Execution Of The Order To A Subcontractor(S), The Ordering Party Requires An Indication Of The Scope That Will Be Carried Out With His/Her Participation.
