The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of An Annual License For Mathematica Software Or An Equivalent License. As Part Of The Provided Licenses, The Ordering Party Requires Access To The Helpdesk System, Enabling The Reporting Of Questions Related To The Installation And Operation Of The Application, As Well As Access To Software Updates During The License Period. The License Period Is 01/01/2026 - 31/12/2026. A Detailed Description Of The Licenses Along With A List Of Research Centers For Which They Are Intended Can Be Found Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The Terms And Conditions Of The Contract Are Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Allows For The Possibility Of Offering An Equivalent License. A License That Meets At Least The Technical And Functional Requirements Specified In Annex 1 To The Swz Will Be Considered An Equivalent License. A Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Described By The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Demonstrate In The Content Of The Submitted Offer That The Licenses Proposed By Him Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party.
