1. The Subject Of The Order Is: The Supply Of Office Supplies Divided Into Ten Parts. Part No. 1 - Purchase Of Photocopier Paper. The Delivered Goods Must Meet All Parameters, Be Brand New And Free From Defects And Have Intact Features Of The Original Packaging. The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver New Materials, In The First Category And Unused Materials In Original Collective Packaging With A Clear Description And Characteristics Of The Goods, Indicating The Manufacturer. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Quality And Compliance Of The Goods With The Technical And Quality Conditions Specified For The Subject Of The Contract. Due Diligence Is Required When Fulfilling Obligations Arising From The Contract. The Subject Of The Order Should Meet Specific Requirements Contained In The Polish Standards Transposing European Harmonized Standards2. Equivalent Solutions. The Offered Subject Of The Order Cannot Differ In Quality From The Desired Products Listed In Column 2 Of The Pricing Form. Additionally, The Contractor Is Obliged To Add In Column 3 Data Clearly Defining The Offered Product, Providing The Name Of The Offered Goods/Manufacturer And A Marking That Will Allow For Clear Identification Of The Product. If There Is No Marking, The Contractor Enters Other Parameters That Allow For The Unambiguous Identification Of The Offered Product. In The Absence Of The Required Data, The Ordering Party Will Reject The Offer Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5. The Name Of The Offered Product Constitutes The Substantive Content Of The Offer Because It Serves To Identify And Specify The Offered Subject Of The Order And The Subsequent Subject Of The Contract, So The Failure Of The Contractor To Provide The Name Of The Product (Name Given By The Manufacturer) If The Ordering Party Required This Name In The Provisions Of The Specification, Results In The Content Of The Offer Being Inconsistent With The Content Of The Specification. The Offer Cannot Provide The Possibility Of Additional Searches For Its Content, It Must Be Unambiguous In Order To Be Able To Verify Its Compliance With The Content Of The Swz.3.
