1) The Subject Of The Order Is: A) Management Of Real Estate Owned By The Ordering Party (The List Of Real Estate Includes Annex No. 1 To The Draft Contract, Which Constitutes Annex No. 2 To The Swz), B) Management Of Premises Owned By The Ordering Party In Housing Communities (The List Of Premises Includes Annex No. 2 To The Draft Contract, Which Constitutes Annex No. 2 To The Swz), C) Administration Of Personal Data To The Extent Necessary For The Implementation Of The Contract, D) Running A Customer Service Office With A Reception Point Payments In Golub-Dobrzyń, Provided That It Must Be Launched No Later Than Within Three Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract. Until The Office Opens, The Contractor Must Enable Free Deposits For Tenants/Lessees At The Banks Cash Desk. Until The Office Opens, The Contractor Must Provide Alternative Customer Service. After Opening, The Customer Service Office Must Be Open From Monday To Friday From 7:00 A.M. To 3:00 P.M. For The Duration Of The Contract; Tenants Of Premises Belonging To The Municipality Will Be Able To Make Payments For Fees And Rent Free Of Charge.2) The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Draft Contract (Together With Annexes To The Contract No. 1, 2, 3, 4) - Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Specification.3) The Contractor Is Obliged To Take Effective Actions In Response To Reports Of Failures, Circumstances Of Force Majeure, Security Of Real Estate, Acts Of Vandalism, Reported By Telephone Or Electronically By The Representative Of The Ordering Party, Within No More Than 24 Hours From The Receipt Of The Report. The Response Time To Failures, Force Majeure, Property Security, And Acts Of Vandalism Is The Criterion For Evaluating The Offer In This Procedure.
