Code Defined In The Common Procurement Vocabulary Cpv: 09122000-0.3. The Ordering Party Orders Gas In An Amount Of Approximately 140,000 Liters (Hereinafter Referred To As The Basic Material Scope)4. After Completing The Basic Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Order, If It Is Necessary To Increase It, The Ordering Party Allows The Possibility Of Ordering The Contractor An Additional Material Scope, Including Deliveries Analogous To The Basic Material Scope In The Amount Of An Additional 15,000 Liters.5. The Ordering Party Is Entitled To Reduce The Basic Scope Of The Subject Matter Of The Order By The Amount Of 20,000 Liters, And The Contractor Waives Any Claims Related To The Reduction Of The Quantity Of The Basic Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Order.6.
