Tenders Are Invited For Laboratory Services

1. The Subject Of The Order Is To Perform Diagnostic Laboratory Tests Detailed In The Price Forms - Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Divided Into 2 Parts: Part 1 - Basic Tests +A)) Test Material Will Be Collected From The Ordering Partys Laboratory Every Day From Monday To Friday From 12:00 To 14:00. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Telephone The Collection Of Material For Testing At A Different Date Than That Specified In The Preceding Sentence. B) The Bidder Provides All Equipment Needed To Collect Material For Testing. The Bidder Secures The Transport Of The Test Material And All Accessories Necessary For The Proper Transport And Storage Of The Material - From The Moment Of Collecting The Test Material From The Premises Of The Ordering Party Until The Tests Are Performed In The Bidders Laboratory. C) The Costs Of Transport, Collection Of The Material And Delivery Of Results Are To Be Included In The Price Of The Tests. D) The Tests Will Be Completed With A Written Result Signed By A Person/S With Appropriate Qualifications And Authorizations To Approve The Tests In Question. The Test Result Will Also Be Sent To The Ordering Party Online In Real Time (Access To The Test Results From The Subcontractor). In Addition To The Electronic Version Of The Test Results, The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With The Test Results In Paper Form Every Day From Monday To Friday During Laboratory Opening Hours. F) The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Secure The Continuity Of The Provision Of Services, And In The Event Of Circumstances Preventing The Performance Of The Services That Are The Subject Of The Contract Lasting More Than 2 Days, The Contractor Must Indicate In Writing Another Place For Their Implementation Under The Terms Specified In The Contract. G) The Tests Will Be Performed Using Apparatus Or Devices That Meet The Standards Specified By The National Health Fund. H) For The Duration Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With Appropriate Computer Equipment For The Correct Recording And Archiving Of Health Services Within Two Weeks Of The Conclusion Of The Contract. With The Possibility Of Registering And Receiving Test Results In An Electronic Version (On-Line). I) The Bidder Undertakes To Integrate Its It System With The Ordering Partys System Without Incurring Additional Costs. The Ordering Party Works On The Mmedica System. The System Used By The Contractor Should Be Compatible With The Above-Mentioned.2.
