The Building Is Equipped With External Infrastructure, I.E. Electricity, Gas, Water, Gravity Sewage, Telecommunications. Own Gas-Powered Boiler Room With Hot Water Exchangers. There Is A Passenger And Freight Elevator Inside The Building;2) The Area Adjacent To The Building, A Tree-Lined Park, With Two Separate Parking Lots, One At The Main Gate, The Other Next To The Administration Building;3) An Internal Patio With A Place To Rest In The Spring And Summer;4) An Administrative And Utility Building Located On The Dps Property From The Side Of Ul.
