The Subject Of The Order Is The Removal Of Asbestos And Products Containing Asbestos From The Area Of The Sadkowice Commune. 1) The Order Is Awarded In Connection With The Implementation Of The Program For The Removal Of Asbestos And Products Containing Asbestos From The Area Of The Sadkowice Commune For 2022-2032 As Part Of The Country Cleansing Program Of Asbestos For 2009-2032 (Adopted By Resolution No. 39/2010 Of The Council Of Ministers Of March 15, 2010), In Which It Was Indicated That The Tasks Of The Municipal Government Include Preparing And Updating Programs For The Removal Of Asbestos And Asbestos-Containing Products And Providing Support To Residents In The Process Of Removing These Products. 2) The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Conclude A Civil Liability Insurance Contract For The Activities Covered By This Order For The Amount Of Pln 200,000.00. The Insurance Must Be Valid Throughout The Entire Order Execution Period.3) A Detailed Description Of The Conditions For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Contract Template Together With Annexes, Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz. 2. Option Right1) The Ordering Party Has The Right To Exercise The Option, In Accordance With Art. 441 Of The Public Procurement Law.2) The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Exercising The Option Right, Increasing The Scope Of The Contract By 10%.3) The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Unit Price Of The Subject Of The Order Covered By The Option Right Cannot Be Higher Than The Unit Price Of The Basic Order.4) If The Ordering Party Exercises The Option Right, The Contractor Will Be Entitled To Remuneration For The Performance Of The Order Covered By The Option Right, Calculated On The Basis Of The Unit Price And Quantity Indicated In The Option Right.5) The Ordering Party May Exercise The Option Right.
