The Ordering Party Envisages Catching 80 Homeless Animals From The Area Of The City Of Skarżysko-Kamienna. Providing Care For Homeless Animals Caught From The Area Of The Skarżysko-Kamienna Commune. The Entity Offering The Service Should Run A Professional Animal Shelter, Intended For The Care Of Pets Numbering More Than 60 Animals And Under Constant Supervision Of A Veterinarian. The Premises Must Meet The Requirements Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Agriculture And Rural Development Of April 29, 2022 On The Minimum Requirements To Be Met By The Center And The Minimum Requirements For The Care Of Animals Kept In The Center (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1021). The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Continuous, 24-Hour Reception And Care Services For Stray Animals Caught From The Area. Skarżysko-Kamienna Commune During The Term Of The Contract. The Scope Of Work And Duties Covered By This Order Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Provisions Of Law In Force In This Regard, In Particular The Provisions Of The Act Of August 21, 1997 On Animal Protection (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1580, I.E.), The Act Of March 11, 2004 On The Protection Of Animal Health And Combating Infectious Diseases Animals (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1075, As Amended) And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Agriculture And Rural Development Of April 29, 2022 On The Minimum Requirements To Be Met By The Center And The Minimum Requirements For The Care Of Animals Kept In The Center (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1021). The Contractor Must Have A Positive Opinion Of The Competent Veterinary Inspector Confirming The Fulfillment Of The Veterinary Conditions Required For Conducting The Activity In Question. The Ordering Party Envisages Providing Care For 80 Homeless Animals From The Area Of Skarżysko-Kamienna.
