1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of Two Brand New Lighting Masts For The Needs Of The Prusice Commune.2. The Delivered Item Of The Order Must Be Brand New, Unused, Undamaged, And Not Encumbered With The Rights Of Third Parties.3. The Contractor Will Provide Complete Devices, Free From Defects, Ready For Use, Along With: - Operating Instructions In Polish, - Warranty Card, - Technical And Operational Documentation4. The Device Must Meet Applicable Safety Standards, Environmental Protection Regulations And Technical Requirements Applicable To Lighting Devices. 5. Delivery Will Be Made To The Municipal Office In Prusice, Ul. Rynek 1, 55-110 Prusice At The Contractors Expense And Risk.6. The Contractor Must Provide The Ordering Party With At Least A 12-Month Warranty For The Entire Device.7. The Warranty Will Cover: - Mast, - Power Generator, - Hydraulic System, - Electronics, - Led Lighting. Service Response Time Will Not Exceed 12 Hours From Notification.8. Warranty Repairs Will Be Performed At The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party Or By Transport At The Contractors Expense. 9. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 6 To The Swz And Is Specified In The Annex To The Offer Form - Technical Specification (Hereinafter Referred To As Opz) Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz, Which, Once Completed, Should Be Submitted Together With The Offer Form Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The Completed Technical Specification Constitutes The Content Of The Contractors Offer And Cannot Be Supplemented.10. Wherever The Manufacturers Name, Trademark, Patent Or Origin Is Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, It Should Be Understood That Such Indication Is Accompanied By The Word Or Equivalent. If Registered Names And Trademarks Of Manufacturers Or Products Appear In The Technical Specification, In Accordance With Art. 99 Of The Public Procurement Law, It Is Allowed To Offer Products Equivalent To Those Required Provided That The Contractor Fully Guarantees That The Parameters Will Not Be Lower Than Those Described In The Design Documentation. The Names Of Brands (Companies), Construction Products Or Technologies Used In The Design Documentation And Specifications Should Be Treated As Information About The Expected Standard Of Quality Level, And Not Strictly As A Product Necessary For Use.
