1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Catering Service In The Preparation, Delivery And Distribution Of One Hot Meal A Day At A Designated Place For Children And Primary School Students From The Complexes Of Educational Institutions Run By The Municipality-City Of Działdowo And For Persons Entitled To Receive Meals Under The Government Program Meal At School And At Home Managed By The Municipal Social Welfare Center, For Whom The Point Of Distribution Will Be Primary Schools In The Complexes. Educational Institutions In The Commune-City Of Działdowo. The Number Of People Using The Meals May Change During The Term Of The Contract. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In Chapter Ii Of The Swz Constituting An Annex To The Swz.2. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To: A) Increase Or Decrease The Number Of Children Depending On The Needs, B) The Number Of Meals Will Depend On The Attendance Of Children And Students, The Contractor Will Be Informed About The Number Of Meals On The Day Of The Service, I.E. On The Same Day Until 8.30 A.M., C) The Possibility Of Suspending Services In The Form Of Preparing, Delivering And Serving Meals In The Event Of A Decision Of The Schools Governing Body, After The Introduction Of Remote Learning Or A Decision To Close The School. 3. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Completed On The Terms And Conditions Described In: 1) The Draft Provisions Of The Contract; 2) Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Sopz); 3) Swz.4. Pursuant To Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Act, The Ordering Party Requires The Employment Under An Employment Contract By The Contractor And/Or Subcontractor And/Or Further Subcontractor Of All Persons Performing The Activities Listed In Section 5, Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order. No Later Than On The Date Of Commencement Of The Service, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Employ, For The Duration Of The Order, Persons Performing The Activities Referred To In Section 5, Hereinafter Referred To As Employees, Under An Employment Contract Under Penalty Of Withdrawal From The Contract For Reasons Attributable To The Contractor.5.
