The Subject Of The Order Is The Acceptance And Management Of Waste From The Services Provided By The Company In The Field Of Collection Of Municipal Waste From Owners Of Uninhabited Properties In The Kęty Commune, Osiek Commune And Other Communes Served By The Company In The Scope Of Collection Of Waste From Uninhabited Properties To The Installation Of Mechanical And Biological Waste Treatment, In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Act Of December 14, 2012. The Order Covers The Management Of Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste, As Well As The Management Of Other Separated Waste, Including Bulky Waste, Renovation Waste, Construction Waste And Others. The Waste That The Ordering Party Will Deliver To The Installation Is Waste Originating From The Provision Of Services Related To The Collection Of Municipal Waste From Owners Of Uninhabited Properties Located In The Kęty Commune, The Osiek Commune And Other Communes Serviced By The Company In The Field Of Waste Collection. Uninhabited Real Estate With Which The Ordering Party Has Concluded Civil Law Contracts. 3. The Subject Of The Order Is The Acceptance And Management Of Waste Resulting From The Services Provided By The Company In The Field Of Collecting Municipal Waste From Owners Of Real Estate Serviced By The Ordering Party (Mainly Applies To Real Estate Where No Residents Live) For A Mechanical And Biological Waste Treatment Installation, In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Act Of December 14, 2012. The Waste That The Ordering Party Will Deliver To The Installation Is Waste Originating From The Provision Of Services Related To The Collection Of Municipal Waste From Owners Of Non-Residential Properties With Which The Ordering Party Has Concluded Civil Law Contracts, However, The Ordering Party Allows Occasional Delivery Of Waste Also From Residential Properties In The Event Of A Failure Or Force Majeure That Prevents Its Management In Dedicated Installations. Waste Management Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of 13 September 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities (I.E.: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 733) And The Provisions Of The Waste Management Plan For The Małopolska Voivodeship. The Contractor (Municipal Installation) Will Provide The Ordering Party, By The 21St Day After Each Completed Half-Year, With Written Information On The Levels Of Recovery, Preparation For Reuse
