The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In The Collection And Transport To The Place Of Storage (The Ordering Partys Mortuary Or Cold Store) Of The Bodies Of Patients Who Died On The Premises Of The Zoz In Oświęcim, At The Center Of Invasive Cardiology, Electrotherapy And Angiology Belonging To G.V.M. Carint Sp. Z O. O. And At The Fresenius Dialysis Center - Dialysis Center No. 38 In Oświęcim And Transport Of Corpses From The Mortuary To The Place Of Autopsy And Back. As Part Of The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged, Among Others, To Perform The Following Partial Services: 1) Collection Of Patients Bodies From Places Located On The Premises Of The Zoz In Oświęcim (Wards, Including The Emergency Department, Clinics, Pro Morte Rooms, Etc.), The Gvmc Cardiology Center And The Dialysis Center.2) Transport Of Patients Bodies To The Cold Store In The Mortuary Building Operated By The Ordering Party, 3) Transport Of Patients Bodies To And From The Place Of Autopsy (In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order), 4) All Activities And Auxiliary Activities Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Services Specified In Points 1-3 (Including Maintaining 24-Hour Readiness, Equipment Readiness, Etc.).
