The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Brand New Stationary Generators Powered By Diesel Engines, Intended For Emergency Or Continuous Operation: Task No. 1 Purchase Of 1 Piece Of Generator With A Power Of 328 Kw 2. Delivery And Installation In The City Of Zawiercie At The Expense And Risk Of The Contractor (Place Indicated By The Ordering Party Before The Planned Delivery). 3. The Contractor Will Perform A Test Run And Conduct Training For The Ordering Partys Employees In The Operation And Maintenance Of The Devices No Later Than On The Day Of Delivery.4. The Devices Must Have Technical And Commissioning Documentation, Operating Instructions In Polish And All Necessary Approvals And Certificates, Technical Opinions And Approvals. 5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) Is Attached As Annex No. 4 To Swz.6. The Order Is Covered By A Subsidy From The Silesian Voivode To Finance The Local Government Units Own Tasks In The Field Of Population Protection And Civil Defense Under The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026.7. Where The Swz, Including The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Or Other Ordering Documents, Indicates A Trademark (Brand), Patent Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor Or Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Act, The Ordering Party In Accordance With Art. 99 Section 5 Of The Act Allows The Submission Of An Equivalent Offer Or In Accordance With Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Act, Offering Solutions Equivalent To Those Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. A Contractor Who Refers To Solutions Equivalent To Those Described By The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Devices He Offers Meet All The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. However, Equivalence In Terms Of Minimum Technical, Functional And Operational Parameters And Features Of The Offered Devices Must Ensure That The Technical, Functional And Operational Parameters And Features Of The Offered Devices Are Not Worse Than Those Required In The Swz (In Particular Opz), In Order To Be Able To Talk About The Comparability Of Competing Offers.
