Vol. I: Preparation And Serving Of Hot, One-Dish Meals To The Charges Of The Municipal Social Welfare Center In Dębica At The Contractors Headquarters: 1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services In The Field Of Preparation And Serving Of Hot, One-Dish Meals For Approximately 35 Adults, Charges Of The Municipal Social Welfare Center In Dębica In The Amount Of 1 Meal A Day For 1 Person Based On The Sample Menu Indicated In This Swz Throughout The Duration Contract.2) The Number Of People Given Above Is An Estimate And May Change During The Term Of The Contract. Therefore, It Does Not Constitute The Final Size Of The Order, And As A Result, It Cannot Be The Basis For Claims For Refusal To Complete The Order. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce Or Increase The Number Of People Covered By Supplementary Meals. The Contractor Will Be Entitled To Payment Only For The Meals Actually Served. In Such A Case, The Unit Prices Offered By The Contractor Will Remain Unchanged. The Reduction In Demand May Amount To A Maximum Of 50% Of The Contract Value.3) The Number Of Meals That The Contractor Will Prepare And Serve Depends On The Administrative Decision Issued By The Local Authority. The Daily Number Of Meals Served Will Be Determined Depending On Needs.4) The Contractor Must Have A Catering Or Restaurant Premises Intended For Activities Consistent With The Subject Of The Order In The City Of Dębica. The Premises Together With The Facilities Must Have A Decision Of The State District Sanitary Inspector Approving The Premises And Its Entry In The Register Of Establishments Subject To Official Control Of The State Sanitary Inspectorate In Accordance With The Act Of August 25, 2006 On Food And Nutrition Safety (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1448, Consolidated Text).5) Meals Will Be Served Starting From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, But Not Earlier Than From January 2, 2026 To December 31, 2026, From Monday To Friday From From 1:00 P.M. To 2:30 P.M., Excluding Saturdays, Sundays And Holidays.6) One Hot Meal Consists Of: Soup Or A Second Course. Required Minimum Parameters For One Portion Of The Meal: - Soup With Meat Insert - Min. 400 Ml/Person, Additional Bread For The Soup; - Second Course, Including: - Potatoes (Or Rice, Or Dumplings, Or Groats) – 150 G/Person. - Meat (E.G.
