The Subject Of The Tender Is The Selection Of A Contractor Who Will Provide The Ordering Party With Services Consisting In Daily Cleaning Of Office, Auxiliary And Sanitary Rooms As Well As External Surfaces In The Buildings Of The District Office In Zakopane Located At Ul. Chramcówki 15 - Pavilion A And B In Accordance With The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order [Hereinafter Referred To As Opz] Constituting Annex No. 6 To Swz.2. The Task Includes, Among Others: Performing A Comprehensive Daily Cleaning Service Of Office, Auxiliary And Sanitary Rooms And External Surfaces In The Buildings Of The District Office In Zakopane, Ul. Chramcówki 15 In Scope: 1) Pavilion A Located In Zakopane At Ul. Chramcówki 15 - Office, Auxiliary And Sanitary Rooms With A Total Area Of Approx. 2,000 M² And External Areas: The Area In Front Of The Main Entrance (Stairs And The Area In Front Of The Stairs), The Area Of The Terrace And Balconies And The Area In Front Of The Entrance From The Witkacy Theater With A Total Area Of Approx. 200 M²,2) Pavilion B Located In Zakopane At Ul. Chramcówki 15 - Office, Auxiliary And Sanitary Rooms With A Total Area Of Approx. 940 M² And External Areas: The Area In Front Of The Entrance From The Witkacy Theater And The Area In Front Of The Entrance From Ul. Szymony With A Total Area Of Approx. 20 M².3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Opz And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz.4. The Ordering Party Does Not Specify, In Relation To Contractors Jointly Applying For The Award Of The Contract, The Requirements Related To The Implementation Of The Contract Referred To In Art. 58 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law 5. The Ordering Party Does Not Specify The Requirements Related To The Implementation Of The Order Referred To In Art. 96 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law 6. In The Case Of Describing The Subject Of The Contract By Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1-3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described.7. The Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Prove In The Offer, In Particular By Means Of Evidence Referred To In Articles 104-107 Of The Public Procurement Law, That The Proposed Solutions Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order To An Equivalent Extent. On-Site Visit: 8. The Ordering Party Does Not Require An On-Site Visit. The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Contractor To Check The Documents Necessary To Complete The Order, Available On-Site At The Ordering Party.9. The Ordering Party Allows The Contractors To Conduct An On-Site Visit In Order To Obtain All Information Necessary To Properly Prepare The Offer.
