Tenders Are Invited For Emptying And Managing Municipal Waste From Street Garbage Cans On Streets And Squares Owned By The City Of Łuków

4.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of The Service Of Permanent Emptying Of Street Bins Located In The City Of Łuków, Along With The Transport And Management Of Waste Generated During The Service.4.2. The Contractors Obligation Is To Ensure The Emptying Of All Individual Street Bins And Sets Of Selective Collection Bins Located On Sidewalks, Bus Stops, Squares In Parks And Other Public Places Indicated By The Ordering Party. 4.3. Each Set Of Selective Collection Bins Consists Of Four Modules, With A Capacity Of 52 Liters, Each Of Them Intended For A Different Fraction Of Waste, I.E. Paper And Cardboard, Glass, Plastics And Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste.4.4. The Ordering Party Requires That Dustbins And Selective Collection Bins Be Emptied 7 Times A Week, I.E.: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday And Sunday. Emptying Garbage Cans Includes: 4.4.1. Emptying (Removing) The Entire Contents Of The Dustpan, Including Removing Impurities Under The Insert And Within A Radius Of 2 Meters From The Dustpan, Waste Should Be Placed Directly On The Vehicle And Managed In Accordance With Applicable Law, 4.4.2. Placing A Metal Insert In The Dustbin In A Way That Does Not Cause It To Protrude 1.5 Cm Above The Edge Of The Bin (Bins Contain Metal Inserts), 4.4.3. Maintaining Cleanliness Within A Radius Of 2 Meters From The Dustbin Throughout The Duration Of The Contract, Regardless Of Weather Conditions, 4.4.4. In The Case Of Dustbins Equipped With Locks (Applies To Dustbins Placed On Playgrounds And The Fountain Square), Each Time They Are Empty, Lock The Dustbins In A Way That Prevents Them From Being Opened By Third Parties.4.5. As Part Of The Order, It Is Expected That The Dustbins Will Be Kept In Good Technical And Aesthetic Condition.4.6. Under The Contract, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Provide Additional Dustbins In The City Of Łuków, But In An Amount Not Exceeding 10 Pieces With A Capacity Not Exceeding 70 Liters.4.7. The Ordering Party Requires The Submission Of Waste Transfer Cards With The Following Codes: - 20 03 03 - Waste From Cleaning Streets And Squares - 20 01 01 - Paper And Cardboard - 20 01 02 - Glass - 20 01 39 - Plastics - 20 03 01 - Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste To The City Hall Łuków Department Of Municipal Affairs And Environmental Protection By The 15Th Day Of Each Month Following The End Of The Month In Which The Service Was Provided.4.8. The Estimated Amount Of Waste Generated In The City Of Łuków In 2026 May Amount To 95 Mg. The Amount Of Waste Generated In The City Of Łuków Is Not Dependent On The Ordering Party. The Determined Quantities Are Estimates And May Change. 4.9. The Amount Of Waste Given Above Should Be Treated As Approximate. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Additional Remuneration And/Or Compensation For Achieving Other Amounts.4.10. The Contractor Undertakes To Take Action In An Emergency Manner.
