Subject Of The Order: The Provision Of Care Services At The Social Welfare Home In Jugów Includes: 1. Comprehensive And 24-Hour Organization And Provision Of Necessary Nursing Services In The Field Of Care That Goes Beyond The Rights Resulting From The Provisions Of The Act Of August 27, 2004 On Health Care Services Financed From Public Funds (Journal Of Laws 2024.146) And The Act Of July 15, 2011 On The Professions Of Nurses And Midwives (Journal Of Laws 2024.814), Understood As Care Services And Care Provided 24 Hours A Day In A Stationary Setting, All Days Of The Week, For 85 Residents Of The Social Welfare Home In Jugów, And In Particular: 1) Recognizing The Health Needs Of Residents And Their Care Problems. 2) Fulfillment Of Medical Orders In The Process Of Diagnosis, Treatment And Rehabilitation. 3) Providing Direct Care For Bedridden Residents. 4) Providing First Aid. 5) The Use Of Direct Coercion And Its Documentation. 6) Proper Medication Management. 7) Maintaining A Book Of Nursing Reports. 8) Cooperation With Employees Of The Therapeutic And Care Department And Other Employees Of The Nursing Home. 9) Compliance With The Regulations And Procedures Applicable In The Dps In The Field Of Health Protection. 10) Taking Care Of Dps Property. 11) Compliance With Occupational Health And Safety And Fire Protection Regulations. 12) Disposal Of Medical Waste Generated. 13) Health Education And Health Promotion. 2.
