Description Of The Subject Of The Order: I. The Scope Of Work To Be Performed Under The Order Includes:1. Preparation Of Food For Bison: A) Crushing And Grinding Cereal Grains, Granulating Wheat Bran - About 19 Tons Once A Week, About 360 Kg Each; B) Manual Grinding Of Root Crops (Beets, Potatoes, Carrots) - About 82 Kg Every Day In The Period From January 1, 2026 To April 30, 2026. And From Approximately October 15, 2026 - December 31, 2026 (Depending On Weather Conditions); C) Adding Components Of The Feed Mixture According To The Instructions Of The Ohż Manager And Mixing It. A Total Of Approximately 19 Tons.2. Daily Feeding Of Bison According To The Instructions Of The Ohż Manager, I.E.: A) Feeding The Prepared Feed Mixture Into Troughs At Feeding Stations (13 Troughs On Average) In Amounts Of 52 Kg/Day On Average, Once A Day At 8:00 - 10:00;B) Providing Hay And Salt To Feeders In Quantities Ensuring Continuous Use Of Roughage By Bison, On Average 80 - 90 Kg/Day;C) In The Period 01/01/2026 - 30/04/2026 And 01/11/2026 - 31/12/2026 Feeding Troughs (An Average Of 13 Pieces) Of Crushed And Mixed Food Consisting Of Fodder Beets, Potatoes And Carrots, An Average Of 30-40 Kg/Day; D) Constantly Replenishing Water In Watering Holes - 6 Pieces; 3. Collecting, Preparing And Serving Supplementary Feed According To The Instructions Of The Ohż Manager, I.E.: A) Collecting Fresh Wood Cutting Waste In The Form Of Branches In The Felling And Thinning Areas From The Forest Districts: Hysne, Dziewin, Gawówek And Kłaj, Loading It Onto A Trailer And Transporting It With The Forest Districts Tractor To Ohż And Unloading It Directly To The Feeding Quarters In The Amount Of Approximately 400 Kg/Week In The Period 01/01. – May 14, 2026 And November 1, 2026 – December 31, 2026; B) Mowing With A Rotary Mower, Collecting And Loading Onto A Trailer, Transporting And Unloading Fresh Grass To Feeding Quarters. Grass Will Be Collected In Places Indicated By The Ohż Manager. Feeding With Fresh Grass Should Be Done Once A Week At Hours Agreed With The Ohż Manager In An Amount Of Approximately 2 Tons In The Period May 15, 2026 - September 30, 2026. Grass And Branches Should Be Collected Using Equipment From The Niepołomice Forest District.4. Unloading And Placing Food For Bison In Appropriate Warehouses: A) Root Food (Beets, Potatoes, Carrots) - Unloading To The Ohż Cold Store - 16.2 Tons, Sorting And Removing Spoiled Items Unsuitable For Feeding; B) Hay, Silage - Unloading To The Barn And Salting - About 32 Tons.5. Maintaining The Cleanliness Of Feeding Troughs - 13 Pieces And Watering Holes - 6 Pieces (Including Snow Removal).6. Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The Ohż Premises, I.E.: A) Mowing The Grass In The Farm Premises In The Area 0.5 Ha - 4 Times During The Growing Season On The Date Indicated By The Head Of Ohż;B) Twice A Year In April And November, Cleaning The Gutters From Pine Needles And Leaves On Farm Buildings, Warehouses And Feedlots;C) Ongoing Maintenance
