Providing Veterinary Assistance To Free-Living Animals, Hereinafter Referred To As Animals, Which Have Suffered Injuries As A Result Of Road Accidents Or Other Accidents Involving Animals And Require Veterinary Assistance. The Task Only Applies To Events That Take Place In The Kędzierzyn-Koźle Commune. The Task Will Be Carried Out 24 Hours A Day, On Weekdays, Holidays And Holidays. As Part Of The Order Execution, It Is Expected That Unit Prices Will Be Differentiated Depending On The Group Of Animals.2. The Task Concerns The Following Activities And Related Costs: 1) Access To The Place Of The Event By Own Means Of Transport Within A Maximum Of Two Hours From The Date Of Reporting - The Contractor Is Obliged To Reach The Place Of The Event On His Own, According To The Instructions Of The City Guard, The Department Of Environmental Protection And Agriculture Or The Police2) Depending On The Animals Health Condition, It Includes: A) Providing Veterinary Assistance By A Veterinarian At The Place Of The Event, By: - Taking Veterinary Activities Appropriate To The Animals Health Condition - Using His Own Devices And Means For Treating Animals And His Own Means Transport Vehicles Adapted To Transport Animals, And Then: • Releasing The Animal Into The Natural Environment Or • Transporting The Animal To A Rehabilitation Center For Wild Animals (Providing The Animal With Proper Treatment And Nutrition And Providing A Place For The Animal To Be Temporarily Kept For The Duration Of Its Treatment B) Killing The Animal In Order To End Its Suffering; C) The Cost Of Admitting And Staying The Animal In A Wild Animal Center; D) The Cost Of Transporting The Animals Carcass To A Rendering Plant And The Cost Of Disposing Of The Carcass In This Plant; E) The Cost Of The Means Used, Including Pharmaceuticals.3. Division Of Animal Interventions Covered By The Order Into 3 Groups Of Animals: 1) Birds, Including Wild Species, 2) Large Animals (Roe Deer, Deer, Moose, Fallow Deer, Badgers, Wolves And Wild Boars), 3) Other Animal Species That Do Not Qualify For Any Of The Above Groups. 4. Departure To A Report Without The Need To Intervene - Understood As The Arrival Of A Veterinarian To The Place Of The Report, As A Result Of Which There Is No Need To Perform Therapeutic, Diagnostic Or Other Intervention Activities. 5. The Order To Perform The Activity Will Take Place Only On The Basis Of Reports From The City Guard, The Department Of Environmental Protection And Agriculture Or The Police. 6. Documents Confirming The Completion Of The Task That Should Be Attached To The Invoice Are: A) Monthly List Of Calls For Injured Free-Living Animals, Including The Date And Place Of The Incident, Method Of Handling The Report, Animal Species, Quantity, Stamp And Signature Of The Calling Entity, E.G.
