This Service Will Consist In Removing Failures And Performing Planned Renovation Works On Water Supply And Sewage Networks, As Well As Maintaining A 24-Hour Emergency Water Supply And Sewage Service In The Leszno Commune.2. In The Scope Of Removing Failures And Performing Planned Renovation Works On Water Supply And Sewage Networks, It Will Be Necessary To: 1) Take Action To Remove The Failure, I.E. Arrive At The Site Of The Failure And Start Work To Remove It Within A Response Time Not Longer Than That Indicated In The Offer Form, 2) Remove The Failure Within A Maximum Of 12 Hours From The Time Of Reporting, 3) In The Case Of Complex Failures That Cannot Be Removed Within 12 Hours From Reporting - Setting A Realistic Deadline As Soon As Possible, Which Will Not Cause Unnecessary Inconvenience To The Residents. Execution And Current Information To The Ordering Party About The Progress Of Work And The Reasons For The Prolonged Time To Remove The Failure, 4) Replacement Of Damaged Gate Valves, Hydrants, Street Springs And Network Sections, As Planned Works Indicated And Agreed With An Authorized Employee Of The Commune Office, 5) Performing Other Works Commissioned By An Authorized Employee Of The Commune Office Regarding The Water And Sewage Network Infrastructure For The Leszno Commune, 6) Securing And Marking The Site Of Failure Or Planned Works Regarding Preservation Safety. 3. The Settlement Of The Above-Mentioned Scope Of Services Will Be Based On The List Of Works Actually Performed For Each Failure Or Planned Works By The Contractor During The Execution Of The Contract (In Accordance With Annex No. 3 To The Contract Template), Confirmed By An Authorized Employee Of The Commune Office.4. The Scope Of Maintaining The Water Supply And Sewage Emergency Service Will Include: 1) 24/7 Reception And Registration Of Reports Of Failures By The Person On Duty, 2) Ensuring And Providing The Ordering Party With 24-Hour Telephone And E-Mail Contact With The Person On Duty Receiving Reports, 3) Assessment Of The Incident And Initial Dispatch Of Employees And Possibly Equipment, Depending On The Report, In Order To Urgently Remove The Failure And Restore Proper Operation Of The Network, 4) Maintaining Readiness To Act Without Undue Delay, 5) Ongoing, Monthly Maintenance Of The Operational Efficiency Of Equipment And Vehicles Intended For The Execution Of The Subject Order And The Headquarters / Warehouse And Transport Base From Which The Execution Of This Order Will Take Place, Initial Protection And Marking Of The Site Of Failure.
