1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Maintenance Of Street Lighting In The Jabłonka Commune In The Period From January 1, 2026 To December 31, 2027. 2. Street Lighting Lamps Are Placed On Poles Owned By Tauron Dystrybucja And Poles Owned By The Jabłonka Commune.3. As Of The Date Of Commencement Of The Order, Maintenance Covers 1,823 Lamps (Mercury Lamps, Sodium Lamps, Led Lamps) And 100 Lighting Control Cabinets. The Lighting Supply Network, Cable And Overhead, Subject To Maintenance, Is Approximately 106 Km.3.1. The Number Of Lamps Will Increase: - In November 2026 By 83 Led Luminaires (1,906 Pcs.) - In December 2026 By 3 Led Luminaires (1,909 Pcs.) - In October 2027 By 18 Led Luminaires (1,927 Pcs.)4. Additional Points Result From The End Of The Warranty Period.5. Starting Service Of The Indicated Post-Warranty Lamps During The Execution Of The Contract Will Not Be The Basis For Changing The Remuneration Agreed In The Tender Procedure (Appropriate Costs Should Be Calculated In Advance).6. The Contractor Selected Through The Procedure To Be The Conservator Of Street Lighting Devices In The Jabłonka Commune Is Responsible For The Technical Condition And Safe Operation Of All Lighting Devices Installed In This Area And Bears All Consequences For Failure To Meet The Above Requirements, Including Legal Consequences In Cases Where Improper Maintenance Poses A Threat To Human Health And Life Or Causes An Accident. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide Services In The Field Of Maintenance And Operation Of Street Lighting Devices In Proper Technical Condition, As Well As To Complete Formalities Related To The Performance Of The Activities Listed Below.7. Persons Performing The Subject Of The Order On Behalf Of The Contractor Must Have Qualifications For Street Lighting Maintenance, In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of July 1, 2022, On Detailed Rules For Determining The Possession Of Qualifications By Persons Involved In The Operation Of Devices And Installations In The Network (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1392, As Amended), Have Knowledge Of The Power Supply And Control System Of Maintained Lighting Circuits And Knowledge Of The Scope Of Duties And Method Of Carrying Out Maintenance Works With With Particular Emphasis On Occupational Safety Rules. 8. All Necessary Materials To Eliminate Any Failures And Other Irregularities In The Functioning Of The Lighting Are Provided By The Maintenance Contractor. 9. The Contractor Should Only Use Brand New Devices And Materials With The Required Approvals And Certificates. 10. In Order To Properly Prepare The Offer, The Contractor Should Inspect The Work Site And Its Surroundings And Obtain All Necessary Information Regarding Risks, Difficulties And Any Other Circumstances That May Occur During The Implementation Of The Contract.
