Tenders Are Invited For Providing Services Related To Winter Road Maintenance, Snow Removal And Black Ice Control In The Złocieniec Commune In 2026 In The Period January-March And November-December
1.1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Winter Maintenance Services In The Field Of Snow Removal And Combating Black Ice On Roads, Sidewalks And Municipal Parking Lots As Well As Green Areas, Bus Stops And Indicated Places In The Złocieniec Commune, In The Period From January 1, 2026 To March 31, 2026 And From November 1, 2026 To December 31, 2026, As Well As Maintaining The Cleanliness Of The City And The Złocieniec Commune In The Given Period In The Absence Of Weather Phenomena Related To Winter Cleaning. Basic Activities: A) Snow Removal - Removing Snow From Road Elements: Roadways, Shoulders, Sidewalks, Bicycle Paths, Parking Lots, Bus Bays And Pedestrian Crossings, B) Combating Winter Slipperiness On Road Elements: Roadways, Sidewalks, Bicycle Paths, Parking Lots, Bus Bays And Pedestrian Crossings (By Preventing Slipperiness And Removing Slipperiness), C) Removal Of Accumulated Snow From The Road, Shoulders, Sidewalks, Bicycle Paths And Parking Lots. Accompanying Activities: A) Preparatory And Organizational Activities Carried Out By The Contractor, B) Preparation Of Equipment To Perform Winter Maintenance Works, C) Maintaining Technical Readiness Of Equipment To Perform Winter Maintenance Works, D) Preparation Of Materials For Removing Slipperiness (Removal Also Means Prevention), E) Information Service For The Ordering Party. 1.2. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 7 To The Swz Attached To This Application. A Detailed List Of Roads, Sidewalks And Places Covered By This Order Is Detailed In Annex 7A To The Swz To This Application. The Contractor Will Not Be Able To Demand Additional Payment If, At The Stage Of Calculating The Offer Price, He Did Not Take Into Account Any Of The Places Listed In The Annex. The Contractor Will Receive Remuneration For The Quantity Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract Actually Ordered And Completed. The Obligatory Scope Of The Order, I.E. The Minimum (Guaranteed) Quantities, Is 70% Of The Gross Contract Value.
