The Subject Of The Order Is The Collection And Management Of Separately Collected Municipal Waste And Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste From Residential Properties Located In The Kozłów Commune, As Well As The Organization, Maintenance And Operation Of A Stationary Selective Collection Point For Municipal Waste (Pszok), In The Period From January 2, 2026 To December 31, 2026 Inclusive, Subject To The Following Sentence. If It Is Not Possible To Conclude A Public Procurement Contract By January 2, 2026, In Particular Due To The Prolonged Public Procurement Procedure, The Provision Of Municipal Waste Collection And Management Services Will Start On The First Day On Which It Will Be Possible To Conclude A Public Procurement Contract, In Accordance With Art. 264 Section 1 And Section 2 Pzp, Taking Into Account Art. 577 Pzp. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 3. The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Designed Contractual Provisions.
