Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Ultrasound Machines

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Ultrasound Devices To The Independent Public Health Care Center In Śliwice, Together With Transport And Delivery To The Room Indicated By The Ordering Party, As Well As Assembly, Installation, Training Of Medical Staff Or Users In The Field Of Operation, Technical Support And Service.2. The Order Is Implemented Under The Grant Project No. Fenx.06.01-Ip.03-0001/23 Called Support For Primary Health Care (Poz), Implemented Under The European Funds For Infrastructure, Climate, Environment 2021-2027 Program, Co-Financed By The European Regional Development Fund3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Opz Constituting Annex No. 7.1 And 7.2 To The Swz. 4. The Ordered Devices Must Be Brand New (Cat. I), Able To Be Used Without Incurring Any Additional Costs, Unused, Free From Defects, Complete, Of A High Standard Both In Terms Of Quality And Functionality, As Well As Free From Physical And Legal Defects, Professionally Intended For Medical Purposes, Meeting The Requirements Specified In The Manufacturers Technical Documentation For A Given Product And By The Ordering Party In The Opz, Packed In Accordance With The Requirements And Marked In A Way That Facilitates Identification.5. All Proper Names Of Materials Using Trademarks, Standards, Approvals, Technical Specifications Of Reference Systems Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Should Be Understood As Specifying The Required Parameters, Properties And Quality And Technical Standards, And The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Equivalent Solutions With Technical And Operational Parameters Not Lower Than Those Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Subject Of The Contract Offered By Him Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party.6. The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Offered Subject Of The Order Must Belong To The Group Of Medical Devices In Accordance With The Act Of April 7, 2022 On Medical Devices (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 974) And The Regulation Of The European Parliament And Of The Eu Council 2017/745 Of April 5, 2017. On Medical Devices, Amending Directive 2001/83/Ec, Regulation (Ec) No 178/2002 And Regulation (Ec) No 1223/2009 And Repealing Council Directives 90/385/Eec And 93/42/Eec.7. The Offered Subject Of The Order Must Have Appropriate Certificates Or Approvals Allowing Their Use In The Health Service In Accordance With Polish Law And European Union Law.
