Part I - Providing Services Related To Conducting Early Child Development Support Classes By A Speech Therapist/Neurologist. The Tasks Of A Speech Therapist/Neurologist Will Include: A. After Appointing A Team Of Specialists Based On The Childs Confirmed Disability, Establishing Directions And Schedule Of Activities Undertaken In The Field Of Early Support And Support For The Family. The Meetings Will Be Held At The Public Psychological And Pedagogical Counseling Center, Ul. Majowa 1/13, 97-200 Tomaszów Mazowiecki At Least Twice A Year After Agreeing The Date With The Program Coordinator. The Team Will Be Appointed By The Wokro Coordinator And The Substantive Coordinator Of The Program, B. Establishing Cooperation With The Facility Where The Child Is Subject To Other Therapeutic Activities In Order To Ensure Coherence Of Interactions, In Order To Support Development In The Part Intended For The Speech Therapist/Neurologist, C. Developing And Implementing An Individual Early Development Support Program With The Child And His Or Her Family, In The Part Intended For A Speech Therapist/Neurologist, D. Assessing The Childs Progress And Difficulties In Functioning, Including Identifying And Eliminating Barriers And Restrictions In The Environment Hindering His Or Her Activity And Participation In Social Life (Partial And Final Evaluation), E. Analyzing The Effectiveness Of Assistance Provided Under The Program To The Child And His Family, F. Introducing Changes To The Program According To The Current Needs Of The Child And His Family, G. Planning Further Activities In The Field Of Early Support.H. Number Of Hours Under Part I: In 2026 - Max. 400 Hours (Four Hundred Hours). Speech Therapist/Neurologist - Required Qualificationsa. Qualifications In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Ministry Of National Education Of September 14, 2023 On Detailed Qualifications Required From Teachers (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 2102), B. Completed Uniform Masters Studies In Pedagogy And Postgraduate Studies In Speech Therapy Or Neurologopedics And Postgraduate Studies In Oligophrenopedagogy, C. Has At Least 2 Years Of Experience In Working With A Disabled Child.
