Part 1 - Purchase Of Protective Clothing; The Scope Of The Order Includes The Purchase, Transport, Unloading And Bringing Of Protective Clothing To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party. Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order Takes Place At The Expense And Risk Of The Contractor. The Provided Protective Clothing Must Be Brand New, Unused, Undamaged, Free From Third-Party Rights And Compliant With European Union Standards And Polish Standards Transposing European Standards. The Contractor Is Obliged To Notify The Ordering Party About The Delivery Date At Least Two Days In Advance. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Detailed Description Of The Offer.
