Providing Care Services At Home In 2026Care Services Will Be Provided Pursuant To Art. 50 Section 1-3; 5-6 Of The Act Of March 12, 2004 On Social Assistance (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1214, As Amended), For People Who, Due To Age, Illness Or Other Reasons, Require Help From Other People And Are Deprived Of It. Care Services Include, Among Others, Assistance In Meeting Everyday Life Needs, Hygiene Care, Care Recommended By A Doctor And, If Possible, Ensuring Contacts With The Environment. The Scope, Period Of Provision Of Services And The Rules Of Payment Incurred By The Clients Are Determined By The Municipal Social Welfare Center In Zielonki. Pursuant To Art. 17 Section 1 Point 11 Of The Act Of March 12, 2014 On Social Assistance (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws 2025, Item 1214, As Amended), Organizing And Providing Care Services In The Place Of Residence Is The Communes Own, Obligatory Task. Pursuant To Art. 50 Above Act: 1. A Single Person Who, Due To Age, Illness Or Other Reasons, Requires The Help Of Other People And Is Deprived Of It, Is Entitled To Assistance In The Form Of Care Services (...) 2. Care Services (...) May Also Be Granted To A Person Who Requires The Help Of Other People, And The Family, As Well As The Spouse, Ascendants Or Descendants Who Do Not Live Together Cannot Provide Such Assistance. 3. Care Services Include Assistance In Meeting Everyday Life Needs, Hygienic Care, Recommended Care By A Doctor And, If Possible, Ensuring Contacts With The Environment. Care Services Provided To Gops Residents Are An Obligatory Task Resulting Directly From The Social Assistance Act And The Continuity Of This Task Must Be Ensured In Order To Implement The Communes Own Tasks.
