Tenders are invited for Enhancing CSO Operational Space through Strategic Dialogue, Toolkit Development and Capacity Building The Union of the Charitable Societies-Jerusalem (UCS), with funding from the European Union (EU), invites qualified consultancy firms to submit proposals to conduct Enhancing CSO Operational Space through Strategic Dialogue, Toolkit Development and Capacity Building under the project Civil Society Empowerment for Social Change in Jerusalem: Strengthening Grassroots Networks and Partnerships Project. Eligibility & Application Process -Interested firms with relevant expertise are requested to: -Submit a Letter of Interest, including valid registration certificate, via email to: [email protected] -Upon Approval, UCS will share the full Terms of Reference (TOR) and tender documentation for further steps. Key Conditions: Offers must be submitted in Euro (excluding VAT, in accordance with projects tax-exempt status). The tenderer should issue an official invoice in addition to a valid deduction at source certificate. Bidders must ensure their offers remain valid for 90 days after submission deadline. UCS reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and is not obligated to select the lowest priced proposal. Evaluation will be based on 70% technical merit and 30% financial offer. Non-compliant or late submissions will be disqualified.
