Tender Documents in English may be obtained from Ripple Effect office in Kimihurura from 28/11/2025 between 9.00 am and 4:00 pm from Monday to Thursday and from 9.00 am to 12.30 pm on Fridays upon presentation of proof of payment of 20,000 RWF to Account No 6775000006 opened at ECOBANK in the name of Ripple Effect. Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in three copies one of which is the original must reach at the address mentioned above not later than 10th December 2025 at 10:30 am. The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender number and title. Late bids will be rejected.
