Tenders are invited for Recruitment of Consultant(S) to Deliver CapacityBuilding and Organizational Strengthening for CDPOs Management Team CDPOs strategic focus is on policy, programs, research, monitoring, and training. The organization believes that the most effective way forward is to improve access to mainstream systems, services, and programs. For this reason, the current strategic plan places strong emphasis on disability inclusion. To strengthen the capacity of CDPOs management team, CDPO is seeking qualified consultants based in Cambodia to serve as local Technical Assistants (TAs). The consultancy will deliver targeted capacity-building and organizational strengthening, focusing on (but not limited to) the following areas: Leadership development: Enhancing strategic thinking, decision-making, and adaptive leadership skills to guide organizational growth. Policy and advocacy capacity: Equipping managers to engage in policy dialogue, advocacy campaigns, and stakeholder negotiations. Partnership and networking: Strengthening collaboration with government, civil society, and international partners for resource mobilization. Risk management and resilience: Developing skills to anticipate, mitigate, and respond to organizational and external risks. Strategic planning support: Assisting CDPO management to finalize its draft five-year strategy and develop a corresponding operational plan.
