Tenders are invited for Constructing Kindergarten Building at Chab Kab Primary School, Anlong Run Commune, Thmar Koul District, Battambang. 2. Project Purpose Good Neighbors Cambodia are working towards improving the rights of the child, including the right to education. Meeting the future demands of the labor market and in line with the direction set from MoEYS, Kindergarten class remains a barrier for the individual and the society as a whole. Through the provision of a kindergarten, the project aims to improve the access of the first school register and basic literacy for students in Chab Kab primary school. 3.
