Request for proposals for Annual Organizational Financial Audit ANKO is financially supported by the multi-project donors. The total estimated expenditure will be around USD110,000.00 which ANKO has implemented 3 projects ANKO is a local non-profit and non-governmental organisation which was first established in Pursat province since 2012. On 21 June 2012, ANKO was registered with the Ministry of Interior under the letter No. 799 Sor Chor Nor. ANKO currently operates in Pursat province, our head office is located in Pursat where we keep the financial supporting document. ANKOs strategic areas are as the following: 1. Natural Resources Management / Climate change 2. Agriculture and livelihoods 3. Community Capacity Building ANKO is financially supported by the multi-project donors. The total estimated expenditure will be around USD110,000.00 which ANKO has implemented 3 projects Brief presentation of ANKO or the Implementation Local Partner Organization (ILPO) and it has multy projects implementing during year 2025 with ANKOs target areas. During this period, ANKO implements various projects such as 1) Local Rights Program (LRP) from Jan.-Dec. 2025 supported by ActionAid Cambodia, 2) Conserving biodiversity and building community resilience on the Tonle Sap Funded by Conservation International , 3) Pchhek Chhrum Chheu Teal Chhrum CPAs, Traporng Pong CPAs, and Mong Ry CPAs were conserved and rehabilitated for community livelihood improvement Funded by SGP/GEF/ UNDP. ANKO wishes to engage the services of an audit firm for the purpose of organizations auditing the financial statement which covers one year starting from 01 January to December 2025. The audit shall be carried out in accordance with international audit standard (ISA) issued by IAASB1 . The audit shall be carried out as mention in objective below: Terms of Reference for Annual Audit of Project/Program Support I. Objectives, scope of the audit & requirement The objective is to audit the ANKOs financial report for period 01 January to 31 December 2025 as submitted to donors the audit should be include as the below: - Conducting independent audit of the ANKO s Financial Statements in line with the International Standards on Auditing and the Cambodian International Standards on Auditing (CISA). - Express an opinion on whether the Financial Statements are prepared, in all material aspects, in accordance with the applicable financial reporting standards and whether the 1 The International Auditing and Assurances Standards Board (IAASB) Page 2 of 3 organization maintains proper books of accounts, and whether the accompanying financial statements give a true and fair view of the financial position of the organization. - The audit should assess the accounting principles used and evaluate the overall financial statements presentation to Accounting and Auditing Regulator and also assess the adequacy and implementation of internal control system - Review and evaluation, including tests as deemed appropriate, of key accounting controls and procedures surrounding significant accounting functions and applications; plus checking whether these that they are properly documented and also - Express an audit opinion according to ISA 800/805 - Audit firm has Certificate of Registration with Accounting and Auditing Regulator (ACAR).
