The Assignment Consists Of Making Individual Movable Facilities (Including Adjustments) Available On A Rental Basis, Hereinafter Referred To As: Resources In The Context Of The Wmo And The Associated Services In The Form Of Service, Including Maintenance And Cooperation With Chain Partners. The Resources Remain The Property Of The Provider, Ownership Does Not Transfer To The Municipality Or Client. Under The Wmo, The Municipality Is Responsible For Ensuring That Clients Who Experience Limitations In Their Self-Reliance And Social Participation Receive Appropriate Support To Compensate For This. Providing Resources Is One Of These Forms Of Wmo Support. Aids Are Made Available To Remove Or Reduce Limitations In Mobility And To Compensate/Increase The Clients Self-Reliance And Participation Options.
