Telemark Innkjøpssamarbeid (Tis) Intends To Establish A Dynamic Purchasing Arrangement For The Purchase And Leasing Of New And Used Cars And Vans Under 3.5 Tonnes As Well As Minibuses With Up To 17 Seats, Both Fossil, Hybrid, Electric, Hydrogen, Gas, Etc. The Client Wants The Future Vehicle Fleet To Turn Towards Becoming Significantly More Climate And Environmentally Friendly, And Is Therefore Focused On Buying And Leasing Vehicles That Are Fossil-Free As Long As Such Vehicles Satisfy Crucial Transport Needs. Increasing Focus On The Circular Economy Means That Municipalities Will Increasingly Consider Buying Or Leasing Used Vehicles Rather Than New Ones, But It Is Up To Each Individual Municipality How They Want To Handle This. The Client Wants A Dynamic Purchasing Arrangement For Future Acquisitions Of A Number Of Different Types Of Vehicles. Vehicles That Will Be Acquired Are Primarily, But Not Limited To: * Passenger Car * Multipurpose Vehicle (Up To 9 Seats) * Van (All Types Incl. Pick-Up) * Minibus (Up To 17 Seats) The Scheme Must Include The Following Options: * Service Agreements * Repairs And Related Parts Beyond The Warranty Period * Tire Hotel, Tires And Tire Changes * Borrower/Rental Car * Collection And Delivery Of Vehicles In Connection With Service, Repairs, Etc. * Other Related Services For The Leasing Or Purchase Itself, The Supplier Who Wishes To Be Included In The Scheme Must Also Be Able To Offer A Service Agreement, Repairs With Related Parts Beyond The Warranty Period, Tire Hotel, Tires, Tire Changes, Loan Car/Rental Car, Collection/Delivery And Other Related Services. The Dynamic Purchasing Scheme Is Divided Into 7 Geographical Zones (See Competition Basis). The Supplier Can Apply For Qualification (Step 1) In One Or More Geographical Zones As Long As The Qualification Requirements Are Met. In Order For A Supplier To Be Eligible For Admission In A Geographical Zone, It Is A Requirement That The Supplier Has A Delivery Vehicle And Workshop In The Geographical Zone. Only Qualified Suppliers Will Be Given Access To Published Competitions (Step 2). Suppliers Who Are Qualified Will Be Sent A Notification In Artifik (To The Provided E-Mail Address) Every Time The Customer Publishes A Competition Within The Geographical Zone In Which The Supplier Is Qualified. The Supplier Can Then Choose To Make An Offer In The Relevant Competition, Or Choose To Refrain. The Customers Main Aim Is To Use The Geographical Zone That Is Most Appropriate In Relation To Travel Time, But Can At Any Time During The Duration Of The Contract Choose Which Geographical Zone They Wish To Buy Or Lease A Vehicle In.
