The Object Of The Contract Will Consist In The Provision Of The Public Service Of Management And Operation And Maintenance Of The Landfill Network Of The Terres De L’Ebre Environmental Policy Consortium (Copate), Within The Territorial Scope Of The Baix Ebre And El Montsià Districts. The Service Includes The Management Of 21 Fixed Dumps And A Mobile Dump, As Well As The Transport Of Collected Waste To Authorized Managers Or Final Destination Facilities.
