Preservation Services Of Exhibits – Treatment, Packaging And Secure Transport Of Objects From The Savoisien Museum As Part Of The Move Of The Collections To The New Reserves - Lot N° 02: Antifungal Treatment Of The Collections By Gamma Irradiation. The Framework Agreement Will Be Executed By Issuing Purchase Orders. The Services Are Regulated By Unit And Fixed Prices. Delivery Of The Center For The Conservation Of Departmental Collections (Cccd) Is Scheduled For The End Of 2025. The Collections Of The Savoisien Museum Currently Preserved In Different Sites In The Chamber Of Commerce Must Be Transported There, With The Exception Of Archaeological Furniture. Some Of The Objects Must First Be Treated So As Not To Risk Contaminating This New Building. Around 80,000 Objects Are Affected By This Move Which Will Be Carried Out In Part By The Savoisien Museum Team. The Holders Of The Different Lots Are Expected To: - Disinsect Objects Likely To Be Infested Using Dynamic Anoxia (Lot 1); - To Treat Moldy Objects By Gamma Irradiation (Lot 2); - To Provide The Pallets Necessary For The Transport And Long-Term Conservation Of Bulky Objects In The Cccd (Lot 3); - To Condition The Objects, To Ensure Their Handling Within The Reserves For Their Anoxia, If Necessary, And Their Transport Between Their Current Place Of Conservation And The Cccd (Lot 4). The Start Date Of The Market Is Given As An Indication. Execution Of The Contract Will Only Begin Upon Receipt Of Notification
